New measures against tax evaders: what awaits men from July 16

Enhanced Measures Against Military Service Evaders in Ukraine

Starting from July 16, new measures will be enforced to combat evasion of military service in Ukraine. Summons will be sent out extensively to the last known address, and fines may be issued if individuals fail to comply. Those who evade may face consequences such as frozen accounts, confiscation of property, and forced delivery to the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCRSS).

It’s Important to Update Your Registration Data!

Ukrainian citizens are reminded to update their military registration data by July 16, which includes providing their current address, contact numbers, and email addresses. New automatic mechanisms will improve the interaction between the Registry of Military Duty Recipients and the Pension Fund Registry, ensuring better monitoring of employers’ compliance with legal requirements.

Employers must ensure that their employees have updated their military registration data to avoid facing administrative penalties and fines. Let’s all do our part to support the military service in Ukraine!
