Assistance for Victims of Rocket Attack in Kiev

The Ministry of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories

The Ministry has announced the possibility of receiving financial assistance from the humanitarian organization Acted for those affected by the rocket attack on February 7, 2024. Each affected person can receive 10,800 hryvnias.

Emergency Financial Assistance Program

Assistance is available to citizens whose homes have been significantly damaged or completely destroyed, or who have been injured or lost family members as a result of the rocket shelling.

Registration Details

Registration of affected individuals in Kyiv began on February 8, 2024. Within the first day, 52 affected families, consisting of 126 people, were registered.

Program Implementation

The emergency multi-purpose financial assistance program is being implemented by the French humanitarian organization Acted with the support of the Ministry of Reintegration. The project is funded by the US government through the US Agency for International Development (USAID).

Registration Requirements

To register, individuals must have documents for all household members, including a passport, tax identification number card, and birth certificate for children. Additionally, it is mandatory to provide a document proving damage to the home or photos of the loss.

Payout Details

The assistance will be paid out once through a cash transfer via branches of «Oschadbank», «Ukrposhta», «PrivatBank», or a transfer to a card for payouts from any bank.
