Law enforcement authorities conduct searches at municipal enterprise directors
Law enforcement authorities conducted searches at the director of the municipal enterprise «Nikolaevvodokanal» Boris Dudenko and the commercial director of the municipal enterprise Dmitry Ganichenko. These actions are carried out as part of a criminal case initiated on charges of abuse of office and misappropriation of property during the state of emergency. Searches were conducted both at the enterprise and at the homes of the accused.
A representative of Nikcenter tried to get comments from both leaders, but they refused to comment, citing their busy schedules. However, the director of the enterprise, in a comment to the publication «NikVesti», noted that the criminal case was opened after Nikcenter’s publications on violations in the procurement of the water utility.
