In the Odessa region, a 16-year-old teenager is suspected of killing his mother and sister. The Main Directorate of the National Police in the region provided this information.
A resident of the Podolsk district has been detained on suspicion of committing a crime that occurred on April 6 in the city of Ananyev. The 11-year-old son of the deceased woman himself turned to the police.
During a search of the house, the investigative-operational group found a 38-year-old woman and a seven-year-old girl with no signs of life with knife wounds. Both died from acute blood loss.
The teenager was promptly found on the street in the city and detained. The investigation established that the conflict between him and his mother began due to his refusal of money. The teenager struck his mother and sister several times with a knife, destroying the weapon of the crime. He is currently charged with murder and is in custody.
The police reported that he faces up to 15 years in prison for the committed offense.
