Google has updated its dinosaur game that appears in Chrome when there is no internet connection, making it one of the most famous «Easter eggs» of this browser. On the occasion of International Dinosaur Day, Google has refreshed this game, reports Uspih in UA.
In the classic version of the game, the dinosaur overcomes obstacles by jumping over cacti and avoiding birds. Now users can customize the game to their liking by adding their own characters, obstacles, and locations, according to ura-inform.
The updated version, GenDino, was created with the help of Google Imagen 2 and StyleDrop. StyleDrop is an image generator based on AI from Google, which creates pictures based on text prompts. The project authors trained the model based on the original Offline Dino game in Chrome and created an updated version in a recognizable style.
