Woman indicted for intentional murder in Kramatorsk
Prosecutors of the Kramatorsk District Prosecutor’s Office have sent an indictment to the court regarding a woman charged with intentional murder of an acquaintance (part 1 of article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). This was reported by the prosecutor’s office.
During the pre-trial investigation, it was established that on May 11, 2024, in the city of Kramatorsk, a 51-year-old acquaintance visited the owner of the house, a 38-year-old man. An argument occurred during the dinner, after which the woman grabbed a kitchen knife and struck the man several times in the chest and abdomen. After that, she left the apartment. The man died from the injuries he sustained.
The victim’s body was discovered the same day by his brother, who then contacted law enforcement. Currently, the suspect is in custody.
The article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of 7 to 15 years.
