A 19th-century mansion located in the center of Bolhrad failed to find a buyer at an auction organized by the local council. According to information from the «Prozorro. Sales» portal, the initial price for this architectural monument was 1.7 million UAH for over 500 square meters.
The auction process, scheduled for April 2, did not take place due to a lack of interested buyers.
It is worth noting that at the end of 2023, this property was already put up for sale for 3.4 million UAH, but at that time, a buyer could not be found, leading to a price reduction.
According to the lot description, the mansion includes two non-residential buildings with a total area of 405 and 57 square meters, as well as a toilet, basement, barn, canopy, and other outbuildings in the courtyard. This historic property is located in the heart of the city.
