Tragic Collision at Tokyo Airport
During landing at Tokyo airport, a serious incident occurred: a Japan Airlines plane collided with a Japanese Coast Guard aircraft and burst into flames. The evacuation of all 379 passengers and crew members was successful, despite the massive fire. The tragic outcome of the incident includes the deaths of five Coast Guard crew members and serious injuries to the aircraft’s captain.
