The Ministry of Defense to Digitize Interaction with Military Medical Commissions
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to transfer the interaction with military medical commissions to a digital format by the end of June, allowing referrals to be received through an application without the need to visit the commissions. Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Ekaterina Chernogorenko made this announcement during a telethon.
«In the next update, we aim to enable the receipt of referrals for the Military Medical Commission through the application. This means that without physically visiting the Territorial Centers of the Command and the Medical Commission Service, individuals can obtain a referral for the VVK directly in the application,» noted Chernogorenko.
Chernogorenko emphasized the Ministry’s recognition of the importance of digitizing citizens’ interaction with the Military Medical Commission. Progress is currently being made in this regard, and updates on the development will be shared with the public in due course.
«Overall, the goal is to make the process at the Territorial Centers of the Command and the Military Medical Commissions for conscripts as convenient as possible. We are working on digitizing most processes to enhance the user experience. By the end of June or early July, we anticipate a revolutionary change in the efficiency of these services,» added Chernogorenko.
