A New Dog Training Area in Zeleny Hay City Park
A special dog training area has been set up in the Zeleny Hay city park at the request of local residents, reported by Dnipro Operativny. Director of the City Infrastructure Municipal Enterprise, Alexey Teslya, mentioned that residents had regularly requested a space for walking and training their pets. The new location was specifically arranged in an area where citizens were used to walking their dogs every evening.
Various exercise equipment has been installed in the area, such as barriers of different heights, an inclined wall, and a complex called «trench» capable of withstanding intense loads. Additionally, benches and bins have been installed for the convenience of visitors. Local residents have highly praised the new area, with dog trainer Marina regularly visiting to walk and train her dogs, stating that such places are necessary for urban life.
Deputy Director of the Parks and Recreation Department, Anastasiya Petrenchuk, reported that similar areas have also been set up in the Pribrizhny and Im. Usacheva squares, with further development of similar pet areas planned. She also urged citizens to clean up after their four-legged friends.
