Stabbing Incident in Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi
A man in Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi was rushed to the intensive care unit after his friend stabbed him during a conflict on July 10th. The Cherkasy region police have reported suspicion to the perpetrator.
Details of the Conflict
According to the police, a dispute arose between the men during their leisure time, during which the perpetrator stabbed his friend in the chest. The 38-year-old victim was taken to the intensive care unit of the hospital.
Criminal Investigation Underway
Law enforcement officers have opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional grievous bodily harm). The perpetrator faces five to eight years in prison for this crime. Investigative actions regarding this incident are ongoing.
