In May, an office of the All-Ukrainian Economic Platform «Made in Ukraine» will open in Kharkiv, which will become a center for strengthening dialogue between the state and businesses in the region. This was reported by the director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Oleksandr Kotukov.
Plan to Open More Branches
«We plan to open the first such center in the Kharkiv region by May 1. And by the end of the year, we intend to launch 5 more branches in all districts of the region,» Kotukov noted.
State Support Programs and Development Opportunities
He explained that in the «Made in Ukraine» offices, every entrepreneur or person who wants to start their own business will be able to get full information about available state support programs for businesses and development opportunities.
Among such programs, Kotukov mentioned «eWork», «eHousing», «Accessible loans 5-7-9%», grants for opening your own business, regional business support, grants for greenhouse farming, horticulture, berry farming, viticulture, as well as compensation for the purchase of domestic agricultural machinery.
State Support Programs in Action
Since July 2022, the government has implemented the «eWork» project, under which one can receive unconditional grant assistance from the state to start or develop a business.
The «eHousing» program has been in place in the Kharkiv region since August 1, 2023. It was initiated by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. Under this program, one can get a loan for purchasing housing at a rate of 3%.
There is also a program of vouchers for training in 124 professions and specialties, the list of which is planned to be expanded this year.
