Parents of a 5th grader in Lviv fined for tear gas incident at school

Parents of a schoolboy who sprayed tear gas in the classroom in Lviv will be fined.

This information was announced by the police of Lviv region.

On the afternoon of April 15, a student decided to spray gas from a canister he brought with him during the break.

After that, the teacher opened the windows and called the law enforcement officers.

The school medic examined six students who were affected by the gas and after the examination, they were sent home.

Following this incident, the law enforcement officers drew up an administrative protocol on the parents of the student, which entails a fine of 960 to 1700 hryvnias.
