Tragedy in Rafalivka
Yesterday, July 19, around 7 pm in the village of Rafalivka in Volodymyr region, a tragedy occurred when a motor-block with a trailer overturned and fell on a 75-year-old pedestrian who was returning from the forest with berries. As a result of the incident, the pensioner was hospitalized with a leg fracture.
The investigator found that the driver of the motor-block was sober, but failed to control it on the dirt road.
The investigation has launched a pre-trial investigation under Part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding the violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles, which led to serious bodily harm to the victim.
