Russian occupiers attacked a settlement in Chernihiv region
On the morning of June 24, Russian occupiers attacked a settlement in Chernihiv region with two unmanned aerial vehicles of the «Shahed» type. This was reported by the correspondent of Hromadske Radio in Chernihiv region, Talina Tarasenko.
Powerful Explosions and Damage
«At around four in the morning, local residents heard several powerful explosions. One of the drones landed in the center of the village, and the other — outside its borders. As a result of the UAV attack on the central part of the settlement, residential buildings, shops, and the village council building were damaged due to the explosive wave, which caused significant destruction,» Tarasenko said.
No Injuries but Fear
According to her, the local population was not injured overall, but the residents of the village were very frightened by the powerful explosions. Police investigators were working at the scene, and representatives of the gas service inspected the residents’ homes.
