Hollywood Actress Shannen Doherty Battles Breast Cancer and Ex-Husband in Court
Hollywood actress Shannen Doherty, who is battling breast cancer, has filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband, photographer Kurt Iswarienko, accusing him of betrayal, as reported by Ace Showbiz.
The star is demanding monthly support in the amount of $15,343, starting from June 1, 2024, as well as coverage of all court expenses and attorney fees.
The actress explained that due to her illness, she has lost almost all sources of income. The only thing bringing her money is the fees from the TV series «Charmed», where she played one of the lead roles. However, payments will stop at the end of the month.
Doherty claims that Iswarienko is deliberately delaying the divorce process, hoping that she will not survive the court hearing. She has filed a separate motion to compel him to provide the requested financial information. Now the photographer must provide the court with information about his income to determine the amount of payments to the actress.
