Update on Russian Army Personnel Losses
Since the beginning of the large-scale invasion, the total losses of the Russian army personnel amount to 415,640 soldiers. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Saturday, March 2, on their Facebook page.
The overall combat losses of the enemy from 24.02.22 to 02.03.24 include:
- Personnel: approximately 415,640 (+960) individuals eliminated;
- Tanks: 6624 (+14) units;
- Combat armored vehicles: 12611 (+29) units;
- Artillery systems: 10153 (+47) units;
- MLRS: 1003 (+3) units;
- Air defense systems: 696 (+5) units;
- Aircraft: 346 (+1) units;
- Helicopters: 325 units;
- OTR drones: 7829 (+35) units;
- Cruise missiles: 1915 (+3) units;
- Ships/boats: 25 units;
- Submarines: 1 unit;
- Vehicles and tankers: 13267 (+61) units;
- Special vehicles: 1617 (+6) units.
Remembering the Fallen
It is worth reminding that last fall, a video was published online showing the graves of Kostroma paratroopers who stormed Hostomel and Moschun in the Kyiv region at the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
